COVID 19

During the COVID 19 pandemic we are taking all precautions to make sure that all of our jewellery is thoroughly cleaned and sanitised prior to packaging up for you to receive. We are following the government guidelines strictly to minimise any risk to ourselves and you, our customers.

Although we will endeavour to continue to create your pieces as normal, please bear with us if certain things take longer than usual. Royal mail are doing a wonderful job but with less staff working postage is slower than normal. Please contact us if you would like something urgently and we will do everything we can to get it to you on time.

We want to show our support to the NHS during this Covid 19 crisis and so for every 'PURE LOVE' necklace or pin that is purchased we will donate £5 to the NHS. And for every order over £50 we will donate one of these beautiful necklaces randomly to a front-line NHS member as a thank you for everything they are doing. Please support if you can.
