Our jewellery is designed and created in England and because every piece is hand crafted they are all individual, meaning no one else will have exactly the same as you - that's the beauty of buying hand made. Because you are buying a handmade piece, you might find tiny imperfections that you wouldn't get with a mass produced manufactured goods. We think this adds to the beauty of your jewellery and proves it's been handmade.

We really are trying to look after our planet and have got rid of our glossy shiny packets and are now supplying all orders in our biodegradable and recyclable packaging. We encourage you to reuse the postal boxes and do your bit.

CARING FOR YOUR JEWELLERY
Keep your jewellery looking fabulous. We don’t want it to fade, tarnish or break, so please look after it. Store it back in it's pouch and on the card and you'll be giving it the best of care.
Don't spray perfumes or harsh chemicals directly over your jewellery.
Resin and polymer clay is NOT waterproof, only water resistant so please don’t submerge your jewellery in water.
Store it somewhere safe and out of the sun. Prolonged exposure to direct sunlight may cause discolouration.
Resin is pretty hard wearing but try not to sleep wearing it. Polymer clay is far more sensitive. Neither like getting knocked or scratched so put them somewhere safe from harm before you float off to the land of nod. Every order comes in a gorgeous organza bag so best to keep your jewellery in these if you can.
If your resin jewellery is looking a bit dull you can give it a gentle polish with a microfibre, chamois leather or silk cloth and it will be back to it's old self in no time.
Polymer clay is a little more sensitive so the best way to clean it is with a damp cloth or a cotton bud but beware if it has gold/silver leaf... you don’t want to rub that precious stuff off! Make sure you fully dry it before wearing. If your item has a glossy surface then it has been coated in resin so care for it as above.
NEVER leave a child unsupervised around your LOVE LILY & GRACE jewellery. Small parts are a potential choking hazard.

Sadly we don't offer refunds or exchanges on our jewellery. We are confident you are going to love your purchase but if for any reason you are not happy and want to talk to us, please get in touch through our contact page. If your product is damaged or you feel it is faulty, please contact us immediately so we can advise what to do - we want you to be 100% happy with our jewellery.
